Due to the Boards previous findings of violation, this case is deemed a repeat violation according to FL Statute 162.09 repeat violations.

All weeds, grass and undergrowth shall be cut to a height not exceeding ten inches, and maintained. Each such lot shall be kept free and clear of garbage, waste, debris, and junk.

CHAPTER 16(Miscellaneous Regulations), SECTION 1(Accessory uses and structures), (e) (Outside storage), (1)(residential uses), (a)(Outside storage of materials and equipment shall be restricted to the rear yard area and screened by an opaque fence or hedge so that such materials are not visible from any public right-of-way or adjoining property.

Simply stated, the outside storage of items (excluding bicycles) in front of the home is prohibited. Garbage and recycle cans as well as other items shall be removed and properly stored.

Violation(s) – Failure to comply with The City of Port Orange Codes as previously described.
